Light Therapy:

  • 10 joules in our 20-minute full body bed
  • 30 joules in our 30-minute Red & Infrared LED panel, lay on a countoured foam lounger with infrared heat on the bottom.
  • 50-80 joules in our 30-minute Red, Orange & Infrared panel. Lay on a massage table with infrared heat on the bottom, or in our chair to target neck, back and shoulders. Optional vibracoustic meditation cushion avaialble!
  • 72 joules in our Super Room that has the Red, Orange & Infrared panel, PLUS a target 72 joule 1000 led panel with out POLY.
